Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Hamilton will implement Stepped Care 2.0, a model for mental health system transformation redesigned with People with Lived and Living Experience, CMHA Hamilton Staff and community service providers to optimize the current system of care and reduce wait times for mental health services. In partnership with the Community Research Platform (CRP), the following key deliverables in the Stepped Care implementation project will be evaluated: (1) One-At-A-Time Counselling, (2) Recovery College, and (3) Measurement Based Care. This project will be guided by a research team from the CRP, who will conduct a mixed-methods study to evaluate the implementation of Stepped Care 2.0 at CMHA Hamilton. This project is co-designed with an overarching goal to support provincial and national efforts to increase a continuum of services for mental health and substance use in Canada.
